Global HR firm BPI Group simply couldnt reach all of its prospective clients or even some of its current ones, especially those based in the United States. To make matters worse, there was no way the firm could guarantee the quality of work it referred elsewhere. After turning to WebEx to provide web-based coaching sessions, the BPI Group experienced year-on-year growth of 30 percent in 2008 and 2009, one-third of which can be directly attributed to clients retained because of the remote delivery capabilities facilitated by Cisco WebEx web conferencing, video conferencing and online meeting services.
